Primary Materials: Mahogany, crotch mahogany veneer, holley. Secondary Materials: Gold leaf powder. I made this at the Genesee Country Village shop this summer. Mahogany frame, crotch mahogany veneer, holley inlay & banding. Carved rosettes & finial - (done with rub & buff gold leaf powder paste with shellac cover). The pattern for the curtain inlay came from the inside cover of "American Furniture from the Kaufmann Collection". The mirror is a companion for the federal table made in the shop in 2003.
