This is a reproduction of a well-known tea table that was originally built in the Boston area around 1755 - 1765. The original table that this piece was based on is one of a group of six tables known to exist with this very distinct turret or scalloped top design. My reproduction is based on the original table on display in the Winterthur Museum and was built as part of a class with Gene Landon.
