Philadelphia Queen Anne Chair by David Beach — view 1

This chair is a reproduction based on a high style Philadelphia Queen Anne chair featured in Albert Sack's book The New Fine Points of Furniture, Early American, p. 32. The original chair was constructed between 1740 and 1760 and was made from walnut. I chose curly maple for the reproduction and finished it with seedlac.
