This clock was designed in 1895 by British architect C.F.A. Voysey, and there are several variations in existence. There are three known examples with a bucolic scene hand painted on the front. The V&A museum has the best example, one is in a private collection and the third is a bit suspicious. It was also made in bog oak and cast aluminum. I built this in 2013 and it was featured in an article and on the cover of Popular Woodworking magazine in August 2013
