Queen Anne Lowboy by Gerald Lauchle — view 1

This Queen Anne Lowboy is a reproduction of one found in the Shirley Plantation, Charles City County, VA. The original dates to 1713 by the Carter's, who now own the plantation. The original was measured and drawn by the late Carlyle Lynch. The original is in mahogany while my reproduction, built in 1979, is in Pennsylvania walnut with pine and red oak as secondary woods.
