The primary wood is walnut on the exterior and walnut and red oak in the interior John built this replica of a Wooton desk for himself. It was designed after seeing two photos of originals; one open, one closed. It has 871 pieces and took four years to build (working on it part-time). All of the drawings were done in AutoCAD and all of the carvings were done by hand.
