This decorative mirror with an integrated table was made to complement a custom-designed bed I had previously created for the same client. After receiving the bed, they requested a matching mirror piece to complete the bedroom set in a harmonious, handcrafted style. The mirror’s shape is inspired by Rococo curves, stylized through the lens of local folk carving traditions. All elements—including the scrolling details and floral motifs—were carved entirely by hand, using traditional tools. The table below features functional drawers and turned legs, blending elegance with everyday utility. This project became a personal milestone in my early years as a woodworker, allowing me to expand a design concept into a cohesive interior suite and deepen my skills in matched furniture making.
